Access to and use of remi77 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your membership:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Corporate entities may not register as Members.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of an employee of remi77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously banned or self-excluded from remi77 or any affiliated platform.
• You must access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the Platform for commercial gambling, systematic exploitation of odds anomalies, or arbitrage strategies is prohibited.

remi77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving license — at any point during the registration process or thereafter. To access remi77's real-money products, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

Each individual may hold only one active remi77 account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts involved, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your remi77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

All account balances, bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). remi77 does not support multi-currency accounts. All bets are subject to acceptance by remi77 at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is assigned and displayed to the Member. remi77 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the applicable market limit for that event.

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment the Member submits a bet may differ from the final accepted odds if markets move between submission and processing. remi77 applies an "accept any odds" or "accept better odds" setting configurable by the Member in their account preferences.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast latency. remi77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during critical game moments.

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are offered on selected Sportsbook markets. All selections within a mix parlay must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator will be recalculated as if those legs were not included. The minimum number of selections and minimum odds per leg for mix parlay eligibility are displayed in the Sportsbook interface at the time of bet construction.

• Registering or operating more than one account under any identity, device, IP address, or payment method combination.

remi77 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Interruption to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency system outages, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where remi77 acted in good faith on instructions that appeared to originate from your registered credentials.
• Errors or delays in the settlement of bets caused by third-party data providers, game studios, or payment processors.
